From 2021 to 2024, as part of the Ngāi Tahu Tourism Transformation team, I led the Project team in reviewing, selecting, and implementing a new bookings and payment system for the group. This project involved transitioning all nine businesses in the Ngāi Tahu Tourism group from the incumbent supplier to IBIS, which included secure online payments and onsite retail POS systems. The scope of this project also included integrating the new system with the Ngāi Tahu group’s backend ERP system, ensuring seamless financial reporting and management.
