From 2021 to 2024, I led the Ngāi Tahu Tourism booking system update project team, where we implemented a new booking system across nine businesses in the Ngāi Tahu Tourism group, including Shotover Jet, Dart River Jet, Franz Josef Glacier Guides and Hollyford Wilderness Adventures.
With other clients, I’ve also assessed and launched new booking systems for tourism businesses in New Zealand and Japan, including systems like FareHarbor and bespoke systems.
I've worked on leading booking systems like IBIS, Rezdy, Bookit, and FareHarbor, as well as legacy systems like Frontdesk (formerly backed by Air NZ).
